They arrived very late. Our appointment was at 10-12 but they arrived at 13:45. Moreover, they didn't know that they were supposed to change the filter. They realized it after that they had changed the oil. They also had not brought any filter. So they got to buy a filter, drain the oil, change the filter, and pour the oil in again. It was ridiculus.
I am not sure the replacement work has been done well as they didn't have any special tool for filter change and did it by hand!

The mechanics were young , knowledgeable,easy to talk too and explained everything very well what was wrong with the car also the price was not bad .very good service at the comfort of my home.

Good work, carried out to a good standard by a friendly mechanic. I had expected the car to be collected, but instead the work was carried out at home.

Ripped me off, was supposed to fill out the form and send it to the warranty company. Never did it tried to call him and he ignored me but answered on another number! Absolute scammer hope it was worth it !!!
