Eddy was polite and friendly and punctual .
My only problem I have is that The Remote Locking on my key was working fine when I gave him my Car Keys but when I got them back they were not . I was not informed . When I contacted Eddy he confirmed that that The Key had stopped working .When he carried out some further work he was unable to sort out The Problem . So I now have to spend more money to get it sorted when it was already working before any work was carried out ,
You can understand why I am not very happy .

Hi Colin,
I’m sorry you’re not very happy with the service. There is nothing I could do that would interfere with your remote, our diagnostic scanners do not have key and entry system features so therefore they do not go into those parts of your ecu to deactivate that feature. I think it was more down to coincidence that it stopped working. I did my best to sort it out for you when I carried out the work but like I explained to you as it was an aftermarket remote you have I wasn’t able to program it in for you without the instructions.
