Masoud was punctual, and kept good communication on the morning of the work. He was very friendly and personable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car, a leak to the window washer system, very efficiently and helped explain the cause. He also gave the engine bay area a quick look over to check for any issues and informed me of a few areas to get checked at my next service. A really good example of going above and beyond. Really happy with his work and would gladly use his services again.
