Yes happy with the work carried out, communicated well, kept me up to date with coatings etc. however I am disappointed the the EGR Valve was changed, the mechanic stated that he was unable to do it, at the prices yourselves quoted and he accepted as a job.
He has done a temporary measure in the first instance, and although the engine management light is off, not sure at this stage for how long.
Dougie explained everything to me, and that he had contacted yourselves to raise the issue on pricing. All in all, although happy with the work, unhappy that the work I requested wasn’t completed.

I had left it a bit late for my mot and Dougie was great. Picked my car up and dropped it off with no hassle. Really clear on mot advisories
