Mark was very friendly and did his best to find the problem although he couldn’t fix the vehicle he provided information for the garage to see overview

Mark was brilliant he let me know exactly what was wrong and what to do about it it wasn't something anyone would be able to fix instantly without a ford parts dept at hand but I got the feeling if he could have he would have instead he left me optimistic about my car

I had initially enquired of RAC to arrange an pre-purchase inspection but they couldn't give a time or even a day so contacted ClickMechanic who would provide an inspection the next day at a time to suit me and at a much lower cost. Mark completed the Inspection for me on a 2014 Mini I intended to buy as I lived 200 miles away from the vehicle. He communicated with me prior to the inspection which was completed as requested at the time arranged. Mark was great, arrived when he said he would even though he had to travel a long distance to get to me. He even let me drive the car around to make sure I was happy with how it ran, and he checked everything over again after I’d driven it to make sure it was all up to scratch. Mark was hindered by the quality of the water pump gasket supplied by yourselves which was not up to the job. Eventually I had to go and buy a gasket direct from Volvo. All in all it took 3 visits for Mark to complete the job and my car was off the road for 5 days.
