Awesome job, had a dead battery in 07 Fiat Punto, car got picked up on time, replacement job got done quick and car returned promptly without any issues. As soon as it was done I got a call saying it's on the way back. Recommended.

Citroen C4 Coil spring replacement - front (one)

Picked up first thing this morning and taken on the back of a flat bed lorry/van.
The collection driver was very lovely to deal with, didn't catch his name but was very friendly.
I was updated via the dashboard throughout the day as to the progress of the work - a snapped coil spring in this case.
Briefly spoke with Chelsea who was professional, polite and helpful.
The vehicle was dropped off at about half five, good as when it left - with the coil spring replaced and the horrible noise it was making gone with it.
Briefly spoke with Louis when the vehicle was dropped off, again, very friendly, polite and professional.
Absolutely everything in the vehicle was as I left it, including personal belongings. Left in good condition, no muddy footprints or anything of the sort.
All in all, very happy with the service provided. Having the car picked up and dropped off was an amazing experience, barely had to lift a finger.
100% recommend. Will be using again for future repairs and MOTs from now on.

This is not a good service at all my van was taken at 8am and it is still not been delivered back and I need it for work tomorrow no communication at all from mechanic absolute nothing

Hello,
Work was completed at 3pm, and the vehicle was set back off at the nearest possible time slot when a driver was made available. The booking was made for a collection and delivery service within one day. If the vehicle wasn’t going to be ready we would have communicated back to you. According to our driver the vehicle was delivered back around 5:30/5:40pm this evening. Unfortunately they hit a bit of rush hour traffic.
I sincerely apologise if this has made you feel like you’ve had a bad experience, but all work was completed within the day time frame and vehicle returned. No extra cost or work needed from the original booking.
