Stewart was excellent rang me before and after the inspection gave me verbal feedback on the car re pr purchase inspection and followed up with the written report all round an excellent service and so quick and professional. I would definitely recommend puts your mind at rest when buying a used car. Stewart also mentioned the faults to the dealer so they could be rectified prior to purchase thank you.

Hi, i am unsure why the review is a little negative. I took the booking at very short notice. I arrived at 16.05 when the allocated time slot was 16.00 18.00. But I only get 2 stars for arriving on time. I then inspected the car and carried out a diagnostics test. After finding that repairs by outhers to the exhorst system was not completed. I connected the lose pipes and carried out a dpf regeneration to reset the ecu. This work took longer than the 0.9 hours allocated. I made no extra charge and communicated with the customer during the diagnistics. As the car was not smoking at all when I inspected the car.
It was a little difficult to give a definite corse, and relied on the customers description, diagnistics stored fault codes and visual inspection.
I truly hope your car is now running well. But please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further help on the number I left or anyone at clickmechanic.
