Very friendly and helpful. Picked up and delivered car as advised. Very happy with car being picked up and dropped off from home. Good price for service and MOT. Failed MOT- carried out remedial work at a reasonable price and reMOT’d car.

Communication was spot on considering the snowy weather for car pick up. The job was done and car feels so much better. car was returned and keys in letterbox without any problems.

Not a great experience, have used cliickmechanic before and was fab,
Mechanic took car (2ish) of rather than fixing it at address I did say it was losing power , he called and had left it on a street told me mechanic would do repair there 🙈, called again after 4 , still not been looked at , called again ?, 7 pm ish he returned key said car was done , engine lights off car sorted, , had to get a lift to car was other side of Leeds , engine lights still on , not much power , called mechanic asked if he’d reset on computer he said no, managed to get it to retail park , had to pay £60 to recovery
( rac was a 6 hour wait) mechanic said he’d come Monday to plug in computer , yeah didn’t come, so car sat on drive.

Raza was very very helpful.
The work he has carried out changing the timing belt was done in good time and he comunicated with me very well.
