Ford Focus Timing belt replacement

I had the camelt done by james which was okay but he forgot to fit the rear tyre. told him to come down another time had giving the benefit of the doubt. he was supposed to come yesterday later in the afternoon but hasnt turned up till i spammed him with messages . I appreciate he might be busy but Im not gonna evolve my entire day around him. he advised he will come today in the morning but hasnt turned up till late , despite saying please message me when youre on the way. he turned up at the property and just left without messaging me or anything. it wouldve been better if just messaged saying he cant come rather than waiting towards the end of the day for a reply , that Way i would at least know. I can imagine that he probbaly didnt wanna go through the hassle of taking the car from mine to his and doing the and returning the car just for fitting. I have requested for a refund for the undone job. Read more

hi apologies for this we were extremely busy and turned your cambelt change round in a day and was a error with your tyre i did call out yesterday before 1pm as requested i was there at 11.50 but there was no answer i was quite happy to do your tyre but apologies again that you were not avaible for us to carry it out hope you get it sorted
