They accepted the job within 2 hours and were available the next day. They collected the car within the time slot arranged and returned it when they said they would. They took photos of the parts they used and also of fault codes to confirm the work needed doing. They went to euro car parts so the quality is good. They were friendly when collecting and returning the vehicle. Thanks

Absolutely 5-star service from start to finish. I had a few concerns about things that might come up during my MOT and they were incredibly friendly, honest, and happy to answer all my questions without ever making me feel silly.

As a woman, going to a mechanic can sometimes feel a bit intimidating, especially if you don’t know much about the workings of cars, but I never once felt talked down to or taken advantage of. Everything was explained clearly and genuinely, which made the whole experience really reassuring.

My car was picked up exactly at the arranged time and dropped back later that afternoon, which was so convenient. It was also returned nice and clean, which was such a lovely little surprise!

I’ll definitely be coming back and using them as my local mechanic from now on. They’re exactly the kind of honest, trustworthy mechanic many of us spend years trying to find. Such lovely people, thank you so much! Read more
