Looks like a very good job. Very polite however I booked a 0800-1000 time slot but the car was not collected until after 11. I got the car back at about 2:45pm

Yes helpful communication was good. Informed generally well. Job took longer but they went and got the part and came back and completed.

A really good and professional job. The whole team there were friendly and extremely helpful. I’m very pleased with the job they all did. I will be needing brake pads and discs in the very near future so il be seeing them all again very soon

Faisal was great! He is very professional and makes sure to keep you updated with everything going on. I had a service and MoT completed, Faisal picked up the car in the morning and dropped it off in the early afternoon exactly when he said he would so very punctual. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Don’t hesitate to book with Faisal, you won’t be disappointed!

Steer well clear of this mechanic and clickmechanic for that matter, they use anybody and don't do refunds for work not carried out. You have been warned.

Really good, answered all my questions and gave great advice. Not was perfect and service was excellent and it came back at the time agreed

Faisal was very polite and kept me informed as the work was undertaken.

However I have since received 2 PCN s from DartCharge as it appears the drivers did not pay the toll when using the Dartmouth tunnel!
I have contested this as obviously I was not driving the car on either occasion. I am awaiting their decision.
