With George's professionalism, and punctuality, I was able to recognise the major repair needs for the Toyota Prius I am about to buy, and was able to make an informed buying decision, I agreed with the dealer to fix these major issues before proceeding, otherwise, I would have got a dangerous car, and I wouldn't have recognised these issues (I don't have any experience in cars).

George has tolerated the dealer changing his mind about the time at the last minute and tolerated changing the car inspection location, and the unpunctual dealer, the report was comprehensive, and the communication was superb, I called George and chatted over WhatsApp many times after the report was processed, he always was welcoming, giving general pieces of advice above and beyond the inspection he was contracted to do.
