George was brilliant from start to finish when he did an inspection prior to my buying a second hand Skoda Fabia. I looked into getting an RAC inspection but the guy I was buying from was a bit vague about when he would be available for the mechanic to come. RAC would have charged me the full fee if I didn’t cancel well in advance. The great thing about Click Mechanic is that you see the mechanic’s reviews before you hire them and then you deal directly with the mechanic rather than a call centre. George was really flexible and accommodating when it came to fixing up a date with the seller. He then gave me an excellent report and was willing to speak to me a couple of times afterwards to explain certain points he had raised. I had to ring him a few times all in all but he never made me feel like it was a nuisance and with his help, I felt confident about going ahead and buying the car.
