Vauxhall Zafira Clutch replacement

Took my car, then said there was another issue when I’d already had a mechanic look at it. Said my gearbox was the issue and then haven’t replaced it and just left it out. They charged me extra on top for towing my car in cash. And took ages to even contact me about the car.
I had to chase multiple times. Please don’t use this garage to they will rip you off. In fact. Don’t use this website as it’s a scam.

Unfortunately only honest reviews will be accepted not fabricated ones. Your vehicle came in for a clutch when stripped we advised the gearbox was no good so was pointless replacing clutch. You didn’t want to change as your car was only worth £1000 & didn't make financial sense as per our technician advice obviously we still have to charge you labour for stripping and fitting. What did you expect it done for free? Im politely baffled by some people.

Turned up and plugged a tablet into car - looked under bonnet - didn’t have a clue !!!! Had to call someone on phone to say what the problem might be ????
Not very helpful and I’m sure wasn’t a qualified mechanic !!!

Unfortunately as discussed already with yourself we don't agree with this. After inspection you were advised the vehicle has an electrical issue as there were multiple electrical open circuits. The charge was for the inspection not for any repairs & this is why you were not happy.
The job that we were booked in for was in fact carried out correctly.

Renault Clio Car Won't Start Inspection

Communication was ok and friendly, but the email confirmation said arrival between 12 and 2, which in reality seemed to refer to an initial telephone call which i got just before 2, giving me a later window of arrival for the mechanic.
After the diagnostic I was advised it was likely an electrical issue and the car needed to be towed. Unfortunately my car couldnt be towed right away as it is an automatic. We tried briefly, including a boost with my own jumper cables to be able to push it. I didnt think it was a battery issue (mind, I know nothing about cars so that shouldnt be a determining factor), but was quite surprised a callout to a non-starting car was done without some form of jump start equipment by the company.
However, the inability to tow my car turned out to be fortunate after all, as when the AA came out, they found it was actually an issue with the throttle valve and it could be sorted and the car started within 10 minutes, sparing me the need for a very expensive towing experience with a crane in a hard-to-access car park.

Late for the appointment and wasn’t able to check all of the issues outlined in the booking.
Reply from Car Depot:
Hour late as the technician was held up on the previous call out. Customer was called and made aware unfortunately we don't agree with communication as 3. Customer had the option at that point to cancel but instead said it is fine.
On arrival technician checked both issues emissions and oil leak. Oil filter housing leaking.
