Nobody looks forward to going to a garage. The anxiety and uncertainty of an unexpected repair bill is never a pleasure. In 2004 our founder set out to try and address this and promised to make sure anyone who visited his garage left feeling informed not bewildered, and satisfied not underwhelmed. And this remains our daily mantra.
