Arrived on time, MOT completed in good time and car back in a few hours. No fuss, no issues!

Totally useless, turned up late ,didn't read the online instructions and then refused to do the job and still charged 40 GBP

A little disappointed this time round. Wasn't aware of how long my car was going to be away for the service and MOT or that it was being taken to Reading. My time slot was 1230-1430, and didn’t receive my car back until after 1950. Text and called the driver twice and no response, finally got a call from the garage. Pleased with the work and price, but more info needed when the car was taken on the process. Will still use click mechanic again, as previously really good experience.

Mechanic turned up as indicated, was very polite, took and returned the fixed car within a few hours. I am very happy with this service.
