Did the job 45 min quick as a flash and everything is working, as it should no issues.

I never actually met my mechanic as I had broken down 100 miles from home while visiting family. However, Lee was helpful in contacting me when I asked. He kept me updated and carried out the work efficiently and in line with his estimated time. The car was repaired and I drove it home the same day. I would recommend him to anyone.

Lee was really professional and honest. He explained me what was needed to do and suggest me what to do with my vehicule instead. Happy with his ervice .

He might be brilliant but wasn't on that day.
Lee was quite aggressive and very unreasonable. I don't normally disagreed with the engineers or mechanics because I do trust them and because I don't know much about the problems.
But in this case Lee was trying to charge me extra £30 just to connect the cable to the battery.
As a mechanic he should have known better if the battery doesn't work or wire doesn't connect to the cable.
I told him the AA man has disconnect and replaced the temporary battery to get me home from Reading.
It was so clearly that he was trying to con me. He was waiting for me to come out and pretend to ask me to turn on the engine.
1st turn didn't work
2nd turn clicked
within seconds he said oh the wire didn't connect to the battery.
then 3rd turn the engine works.
Everything is ok again then I said it took him 30 mins to diagnosed that problem.
I was totally disagreed.
From the time he arrived to finished it was around 1 hour as quoted.
He started to argue with me and make me felt so bad for not paying him extra.
Then my son come out and had a word with Lee.
My son was there when the AA man told him what was happened and what need to be done.
Very simple work and shouldn't be difficult.
So Lee left being unhappy cause I didn't pay him extra but I felt worse because I felt he was trying to con a woman who's don't know anything about car or maybe because he was my big house and know I can afford to pay extra £30.
