Punctual, quick, all work done within the day, even fitted the replacement battery I had bought but hadn't got round to fitting, and reset the radio code for me. Car was picked up at 9am and returned by 5pm. Very happy with the standard of work done.

Chris was great, polite and informative. Would go to Car Craft Bristol again (possibly not through Click Mechnic). One comment: work was meant to take two hours, but I was actaully without the car for most of the day.

The 2 hour time slot is the actual charageable time that you are charged for .In addition there is the time taken for collection ,job assesment and awaiting parts supply,quality control checks road testing and delivery back to you in Bristol traffic !
