Initial issue with booking missing MOT, but Ken was happy to come back a different day to carry out MOT and service which was greatly appreciated. Friendly with good communication, would use again.

Ken was very polite and seemed to do a good job (can't really tell, I am no expert). Car was first serviced and breaks changed as instructed (in front of our door) and then taken to a near MOT. It was returned washed and in perfect condition.

Ken was excellent. He discussed the problem and checked the car fully. Finally, he suggested various options and left me to decide how I wished to progress. If I decide to have further work done I shall certainly go back to him.

He was very efficient did the work really well, I'm very happy with the work he did as the car runs much better now, will be using click mechanic again as my main go to guy so to speak.
