Very happy. Mechanic was courteous and punctual and I was kept up to date at all times.

Kept me informed the whole time and explained the details to me. Picking up/ dropping the car off is very convenient. Very happy they could fit me in last minute and fixed everything ASAP

Quick and easy to set up. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. The garage rang to let me know everything was fine at 2pm and the car was back in my drive by 3:30pm. Not bad considering I had been let down by KwikFit the day before.

I've knocked a star off the communication score because the garage did attempt the usual sales pitch on optional extras, in this case brake fluid, even though the log book clearly states that this was changed last year. Nice try but no deal.

Would never use this service again! Misleading giving saving information in comparison to a main dealer service when the actual service is like chalk and cheese! massive difference in quality / standards and overall servicing.

If you care about your motor and want to find a cheaper price, expect a dam cheaper service in every means!

Only had brake pads replaced but was happy with overall service I received from picking car up to dropping it off was kept informed

Mechanic was superb and took time out to answer my questions when the car was picked up and dropped back after the repair. Mechanic explained to me what was done and also whilst I was having timing belt changed they called to inform me that my PAS belt needed changing and only changed this when I gave them permission, I really liked this service
