happy with the work but they were unable to pick up and deliver so we had to take the car and pick it up which was a little inconvenient.

This garage was amazing! They were really professional, helpful, friendly, understanding and I would definitely recommend them. They picked my car up and dropped it back to me when the work had been completed, keeping me informed every step of the way. The whole process was easy to do online, I am very happy with the overall experience and outcome.

In the beginning I was reluctant to book when I saw the review i said I will give a try they’ve contacted me by email and text communication is good the garage that they choose for my car was special as the gear box I never regret it that I use the click mechanic .com I could not be happier with the work that they’ve done in my car the mechanic and the garage is very professional

Showed up slightly out the allocated time but work was great. Would recommend.

The car was not picked up in the window and I had to call them to check that they were still coming. However after picking up the car they did the work quickly and did call to let me know about extra work needed to pass the MOT and gave a full breakdown of the costs. The person who picked up and returned the car was polite and friendly and did apologize for the delay in getting to me. Would have been 5 Stars in all areas if they had just let me know that they would be later than expected. That said I would definitely use them again - cannot fault the work carried out on the car and found their costs reasonable.

Happy with the whole service and concept

I was quoted £141 and charged 177 and told that the parts were more expensive. Why wasn'the that known before ordering.

The Garage themselves were first class and communication brilliant.

Scored 3 on Punctuality as came outside 2 hour window with no phone call. Took them 2 attempts to retrieve car
