He was knowledgeable and explained everything well.He told me of all the possible cost options and was extremely helpful.

Chris was very knowledgeable. He did Ring and ask if he could come and see what was needed before he did the job as he wasn't sure which part was needed. He actually diagnosed and fixed the fault and didn't need any parts so saved me a lot of money. He did arrive much later than the agreed appointment time but did call me to explain. He has also given me good advice on what to do if the fault occurs again

Chris has been extremely helpful and was willing to come back and fit a part I sourced myself. This was after a discussion on the day of initial booking when he initially communicated his difficulty in obtaining the part and I knew that a Kia dealer would charge a lot of money and not be terribly quick in supply. When things don't go to plan its important to communicate that quickly to a customer and Chris did that which | really appreciated.

Repair took 2 months and the car was left with almost no fuel and a plastic tube and pump attached under the bonnet, significantly reducing the value of the car when sold. However, they did keep in touch throughout and persevered on what was possibly a very challenging vehicle. The car was also eventually repaired to the point where it was possible to start it, albeit with some difficulty.

I'm really happy with the work Chris did on my car I had to have some extra bits done aswell and everything was reasonable and I would certainly recommend chris to anyone looking to have any work done to there car.
