Martin was great! Brilliant communication, diagnosed the problem straight away and got it sorted in a few hours. Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend.

Martin is a nice sociable and knowledgeable guy who came to inspect my car for a knocking fault. Unfortunately he could not find the cause for this problem so it is still unresolved. However, according to research on the net and in particular on Lexus Owners Club there is a consensus that this issue is known but not seen to be a problem. Many have resolved the problem with tracking and /or changing tyre brands.

Clickmechanic quoted for replacement drive belt
Martin turned up with some drive belts but decided that was not the problem.
He did not do anything to the vehicle, but prepared a quote for a new alternator
Unfortunately it turned out he was not available to do the work so there was a delay
in finding someone else to do it.
However, the new mechanic did a good job with good communication
