I am very happy with their punctuality and communications but cannot rate very highly on quality because only time will tell if they have done a good job. However, the engine warning light is gone confirming that they have successfully replaced the faulty oxygen sensor.

I am asking to leave a review, yet I’ve not even got my car back. The mechanic has had my car for 1 week and I have only heard from them once because they couldn’t find the locking wheel nuts. NO updates at all. I expected the work to be done in max 2 days after the booking was excepted. I would have gone elsewhere If i knew my car was going to be sat there for days without being worked on. My partner and I have been left with only one car and we work in different towns. It has cost us a fortune in taxis and has been a total inconvenience. I have had to chase the garage today to find out what is going on. They tell me the work is complete and they are now chasing you for payment. I am not happy at all!!! Read more
