Phil was excellent, he turned up at my house on time was courteous and explained what he would do. He then drove my car to his garage where he identified the problem and carried out the necessary repairs at a very fair price. Thereafter, he drove the car back to me at my house and explained what had been done to sort the problem. I am very pleased
