Very forthcoming seemed honest guy. picked up and delivered my car in good time..would use again saved me a good amount of money..wasn't ripped off like other quotes I got shame on them..

Sent car for full service picked up on time dropped off on time . Not sure if all filters was changed as I know they is one in dash but it looks like it was not changed but not sure. plus now when driving I have whizzing noise now coming out of car not there beforehand

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, your old filters are still with us and you are welcome to come and pick them up so you can be sure they were all replaced. As for the whizzing noise I'm at the loss what could have been done during service that would couse it and as for knocking I did explain that it could be shock absorber which is impossible to diagnose 100% on the car whilst under tension from the spring.

Mechanic was friendly and punctual.
Unfortunately had to call him back out as the fault wasn’t completely sorted. Even though the mechanic had a busy schedule, he came back at the end of his working day as I needed the car working for a important meeting the following day.
These things happen and I was grateful I wasn’t left stranded and that I didn’t need to cancel my appt
