Fitted a replacement suspension coil on driveway.

Friendly, polite. No complaint when we realised the battery had gone flat (fault of a previous mechanic) and we had to jump start the car to open the boot. Thought he might want to charge me extra for that but all he wanted was a cup of coffee.

Mehmet arrived promptly having phoned ahead. He was polite and friendly and carried my service out quickly and efficiently and gave me a verbal appraisal of the car once he had finished.

Mechanic was friendly and got the job done in a reasonable time but arrived an hour after the time slot expired without giving any reason and having not rang me back even after I left a voicemail for him. He struggled with his English but was able to get his message across and the car is now fixed which is the main thing!

Mehmet was extremely professional in everything that he did from initial booking to completion. Fantastic job with no fuss I will be recommending Mehmet to anyone who will listen.
