BMW aircon required re-gassing. Really good service. Vehicle picked up in the allocated time slot, taken to the garage by the mechanic (following Covid protocol i.e. using seat / steering wheel covers). Returned later the same day with air con fully working. Highly recommended

After having presented the electrical issue that appeared right after having the passenger side wing mirror fixed, he came back on the same day to find out what the problem was, got the car running showing how the battery being drained wasn't connected to the new mirror, but I simply need a new battery.

Ray came accross as very friendly over the phone and in person. Its only been a day but the car seems to be great. I drove on the motorway for 2.5 hours shortly after picking it up and the issues seem to have been fixed just fine. He also had someone come with a recovery truck to pick up and deliver the car to the workshop at no extra cost which was great.
My only issue was regarding commuication, the overall experience would have been smoother if the job description and my added messages were read fully. I didn't recieve phone calls when I was told to expect them, and I'm the type that appreciates getting those necesary updates so I can plan my days and manage my expectations.
