This company will rip you off. Stay away. I'm not sure about other reviews but this company are a bunch of shady cowboys. They tried to charge me £ 410 for pads and disks costing under £50. When I refused their quotr they held onto my car until late Saturday afternoon which meant I couldn't take it to another garage. I had to then hire a car at my expense. I complained to Clickmechanic who couldn't have cared less and didn't want to take responsibility for the mechanics on their books. Their staff are rude and argumentative.

You are completely out of line and not mentioning the full truth. We did give you a price for aftermarket parts. £300 for front brakes and both drop links fitted as well.
If you still didnt like our prices you have right to get the work done somewhere else. You cannot force us to match price with other garages.
We provided a service of collect and drop off with the mot test. We did not carry out any additional work. Just because you were not happy with our price dosent mean we didnt do our job correctly.
