He went out of his way to explain how things work (I'm a newbie to this car) and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He gave me valuable advice on how to proceed and how to manage the car in the future. I can't recommend him enough.

Shahid was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. Being a new driver i am a bit nervous about taking my car to the mechanics and I have had experiences where mechanics refuse to talk to me because I am a female (believe it or not) but I felt comfortable and Shahid explained what I needed to know clearly and with out patronising.

Shahid arrived within the timeline. Very impressed with his knowledge of the job in hand. He was a Genuine and polite man. And I would have no problem to recommend him.
