Shahid was incredibly good. It was Saturday afternoon when I created the job on clickmechanic and the website was only giving me Monday as an option to book the job (which I did but wanted the job done sooner as I needed the car go to work on Monday) but comes Sunday morning Shadid called me to say he could get the job done on that day. By mid-day my car had been fixed. He was ponctual and efficient (45 min to get it done) and showed us the broken parts. Definitely using him again.

I was really very impressed with the mechanic, Shahid. So he was on time and even called 20 mins before arriving; he knew exactly what he was doing and got on with doing the job professionally; seemed better than most mechanics at the garages (including the Mercedes one where I got my last service). He even showed me the worn out brake pads (not that I knew any different).

Shahid was perfect, explained everything clearly, and done the job to his best ability as he went out of his way to help me with finding the right oil for my car after and seeing what a noise was from my car. Overall, I would happily use him for my car again.

Shahid was great. He was able to do the job sooner than expected and communicated well. He also gave me useful follow up advice regarding my MOT.

He even went the extra yard by getting the parts (which weren't available initially) so the job could be completed as quickly as possible due to time restraints.
He performed the job quickly and professionally with minimal fuss and a great attitude.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Shahid is a consummate professional mechanic with a wide-ranging technical skillset and the ability to flex to suit any challenge given.
His methodical and consistent approach is admirable and his tenacity is infectious.
