Florian ticked all the boxes. He was pleasant, polite, highly communicative and businesslike. He diagnosed the problem immediately and expertly and efficiently got to work. This is an engineer who is clearly quite good at what he does – in no time the fuel pipe was fixed. He also carried out an inspection of the car (and was generous with his expert advice and suggestions) which I thoroughly appreciated. Would I use ClickMechanic again? Absolutely. And I would make a special request that Florian is the visiting engineer. Top marks!
