Was quite brilliant, explaining what type of battery was required. Stop start system, ordering me the right battery and coming back the next day to fit it.

He came an hour early .didnt really speak much but was polite . Got straight to it .he was quick and efficient .he even took old parts away with him . everything is all good with car .running as it should .massive relief to have back on the road .happy

Renato was very good, he called me to let me know he was on his way and as soon as he arrived he started tests immediately and found the problem in no time. He told me the faulty part I needed to replace so was an easy enough job for myself to do, but was comforting to have an experienced professional confirm the issue.
