Never saw the mechanic just the person who picked up my car, who was friendly and polite enough, no name given, asked him where my was going, he gave me the location, gave me an eta on the return of my car was 10 minutes late but that is an acceptable amount of time

Arrived after allocated time slot. Improvements needed on communication.

Other than that, full service and MOT completed with no hassle. Car dropped back within a good time as well.

Work good car runs well only question i have the mileage was 13428 returned 13497 it had over full tank returned i had to fill back up £17 of fuel just seems strange thought the garage was 0.9 miles away other wise ok
