The diagnosis was incorrect, the issue the mechanic gave was repaired but did not alter the problem.

During the inspection, I identified a confirmed issue with injector sealing washers and oil leakage and blowing from the rocker cover, which are common faults and can affect engine performance and running. The repair carried out was based on these findings.
However, in some cases there can be more than one underlying issue, and resolving one fault does not always eliminate all symptoms immediately
