He replaced my battery fine but unfortunately the bolt that secures the clamp sheared off - though he did warn me it probably would, though having said that the battery is still pretty secure in its housing.
He did say that Click Mechanic could come out again on another call to drill the sheared bolt out - but that would incur another charge, which I declined due to my financial situation.
