Ford Focus Starter motor replacement

Grant was ok, fitted a new Starting motor, that was on the 27th Feb, it's now the 31st of May, and my starting motor is playing up, I have taken it to two garage mechanics and they have told me I need a new Starting Motor, after trying to phone him on numerous occasions I have had no luck, I have emailed Carina at ClickMechanics on two occasions and then phoned her, she promised to phone Grant and get back to me, has she, not a chance.
Would not recommend ClickMechanics or Grant to anyone, very disappointed customer.

Hi William, I have also been communicating with ClickMechanic regarding this. You called me once and spoke to me and I said I was more than happy to come and take a look I have not received any communication from you since, the item is under warranty and will be changed without question if necessary. I called repeatedly over a week ago on a Wednesday I think it was but there was no answer on either of the numbers I called nor was I called back. I also spoke to Carina as she obviously deals with bookings and customer relations and she suggested you were available towards the end of this week, but due to bookings I already have unfortunately I’ve not been able to pop up that’s all.

Grant was fantastic. He came out initially on the Friday within the time slot. Unfortunately he didn’t have the right parts, however he kindly rearranged to come back out on the following Monday. He was friendly and flexible. Very happy with the service he provided!
