Swanley garage was excellent - but the factual communication from Click Mechanic seriously needs addressing. They did not inform me that clutch renewal might need to take 2-3 days. They did not inform me that it was my responsibility to collect the car personally afterward. I would have done this if right now I did not have a damaged toe. The person who transported the car to the garage and kindly back again was also excellent. Click Mechanic need to address the communication problem......and lack of clear information - Swanley Garage - no problems at all

Swanley Garage Services did a first class jog performing a service and timing belt change on my Range Rover Evoque. From the initial discussions with John, their front of house, (top man, by the way!!) the flexibility they showed regarding the date and time of the car pick up, right up to keeping me informed with the progress and dropping it back on time, the customer service was second to none. This garage was a great find via ClickMechanic, and quite frankly, after my initial skepticism, I couldn't be happier.

I had my car collected from my home, they were punctual and really lovely! They brought it back in good time (picked up at 8am and was back at the house by about 2pm) and had all the necessary documents. The work was a good quality and I can tell the difference when I took my car out later that day. Very impressed with the service and will be recommending to friends and family for not only affordability but quality. Thank you!!!
