Andrew was fantastic. He arrived when he said he would, and checked over the car before he started the cambelt and full service. During his pre work checks he noticed that our clutch and flywheel would need replacing as well as couple of other bits which we were unaware of. He explained how much the unexpected items would cost and after a very honest conversation he suggested cancelling the scheduled work and re-evaluating if it was financially viable to get the work done on such an old car. Andrew could have said nothing and completed the work we’d booked him in for and got paid a full days work, however he’s clearly a very honest and decent mechanic and that behaviour isn’t in his nature. Although Andrew didn’t do any mechanical work for us, I can only review him as a person and I would thoroughly recommend him and will request him as a future mechanic when we require one.

It appears tgat work can only be done in a private car park or on your drive not outside your place of work even if it is a small quiet public car park. Work done quickly to s good standard, knowledgeable, good communication.
