Ed performed a very thorough vehicle inspection (in fact it’s the second one he’s done for me, was very pleased when I found out it was going to be him) for and was able to highlight keys things for me in the report, and he also took the time to call and talk me through it, so that I could make a fully informed decision regarding the car. I would have no qualms using him again.

Edd did a very thorough pre inspection. There were a few items that needed repairs, and he spoke to the dealer about these and they were fixed without me needing to have a further conversation.
Slight delay in communication, as Edd got stuck in traffic on his way back from the inspection and couldn’t contact me, but not really his fault. So overall, very happy with his service and professional advice.

Edward is a third generation car mechanic who has always been a car enthusiast from a very young age. He began his professional career in the motor trade as an apprentice technician at Volkswagen. He gained a wealth of experience within the Volkswagen Group, mainly at a VW main dealer, but with time spent in the VW commercial workshop as well the Seat & Skoda workshops. He also spent just under 2 years as a specialist patrol for the AA dealing with breakdowns on all manner of vehicle from mopeds to HGV. Edd works as a Consultant on an International level trouble shooting complex faults for garages mostly across the United Kingdom but his reputation has spread further afield and has also been called out to jobs as far away as Ireland, Italy and Switzerland.
