jon the mechanic was first class my original diagnosis by the rac was not what was required, and the work on the car had to be cancelled ,on contacting jon and explaining the situation he fully understood and was most helpful as to contact him again if we required any help or advice first class service would recommend him highly.

Jon was great. Turned up earlier than he initially suggested on the booking, had the part ready to go and got on with the job quickly! I was low on diesel and the vehicle wouldn't start so he even ran me to gas station to get more fuel and made sure I was up and running once the alternator was installed. Highly recommend him

Jon was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job obviously caused him more difficulty than he was expecting because of the difficulty of getting the shock absorbers off. As a result there is still some more work to do so I am not in a position to comment until the further job is complete and I drive my car. Nevertheless he worked diligently and kept me informed of progress and difficulties.

Jon and his colleagues were friendly, flexible and efficient. We found that I needed additional parts and he was able to quickly order these, provide an adjusted quote and arrange a new time to come and fit them. He and his colleagues fitted and tested pads and discs in no time and I’d 10/10 recommend him to anyone.
