Maz was very helpful in the way he very kindly agreed to change the appointment time and date when the vendor unexpectedly said that they weren't available when they originally said they were. However, after buying the vehicle several key faults were found that weren't identified in the pre inspection report. One brake light and the reversing light weren't working. The end of the exhaust pipe was rusted off, the lhs wing mirror was off a van (far too short- not suitable for a motorhome) the rear locker lock barrel was missing, details of corrosion and wear in the chassis were not explicitly explained. I,m still finding faults that were not listed. 4 Photos were taken but were not at all helpful as these were similar to those in the advert. Whilst the inspection was half price in comparison to the AA it was much less useful or detailed. The inspection was more useful than not having an inspection at all, but I would highly recommend using the AA even though they are twice as expensive (if the seller is willing to hold the vehicle for a few days) because I am now worried about finding more things that have been missed. The AA report that I had on a previous motorhome was absolutely first class and they went through it with a fine tooth comb, missing nothing and luckily this enabled me to avoid buying a poor vehicle. I wasn't there in person but Maz met the seller and did a full inspection. He also asked the seller lots of questions regarding the history. The report was very detailed and although the advice from Maz was not what I hoped, it will be the best money I've ever spent! I decided not to buy the car based on the inspection report. It was a great service that prevented me buying a car that could potentially cost me a lot of money in the long run
