The mechanic was excellent. Good communication and easy to talk to. Report was comprehensive.

Maz carried out a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle, having never owned a hybrid before there were a few things I noticed during the test drive that I though I needed a second ( more qualified) opinion on. The inspection that was carried out was very thorough, we talked through my initial concerns and Maz was able to answer all my questions thoroughly, giving real world examples from his extensive experience which put my mind at ease with regards to the purchase. I can’t fault the service and will definitely consider click mechanic for any future needs.

Maz was fantastic!! He went to inspect the car a day earlier than I originally booked to make sure the car is up to scratch before I make a long journey from Kent to Rotherham. Maz was fantastic, very friendly and always kept on touch. Called to give a full and detailed report after the inspection (as well as as sending over a written one.) He also did me a favour and took pictures of some bodywork issues on the car with no extra charge. Very clear that he prides himself on going above and beyond for his customers and it shows.
