He offer the option of doing the inspection earlier, when we couldn't make this, he still turned up at the agreed booked time

Awful service. Click mechanic took money out of my account when the hadn't even started nevermind completed. It appears click mechanic are protecting their fee and not taking responsibility for this sorry mess. I am a vulnerable transwoman and thought it would easier to use such a service as going into garages can be very daunting.
Upto now, I have requested full vat registered invoices for the part and for click mechanic's costings and they can't produce either. I do not recommend click mechanic purely on the fact that it seems they are only interested in keeping their money and do not put the customer first.
The impact on myself and my children is huge. I was willing to discuss a sensible solution for all concerned and they are not forthcoming. As it stands I've been without a car now for a week
