Very friendly guy easy to talk to. Straight to the problem, up and running within 5 mins. Would have cost me more to have the car towed into a garage and quite possibly ripped off.

Maz was a really good guy, more than happy to fully explain what he was doing, why and the result to a layman like myself so that even i could understand. Arrived in good time and did not leave until i was clear on exactly what the issue was. very happy.

I honestly was not expecring much quality from ClickMechanic because of the relative age of the company compared to AA or RAC and also to because they charge way below what the big names could have charged me! I was put off by the customer satisfaction/reviews from booking inspection via AA or RAC. I learned about ClickMechanic via The Used Car Guy who recommend ClickMechanic inspection rather than AA or RAC. I am overly Glad that I chose Click Mechanic. He was great very knowledgeable and well informed! By the Way before I booked the inspection, I bought RAC Car Passport only to find that I was sold incorrect information which RAC admitted! Maz I cannot thank you enough at for saving me £2000+ repair cost had I bought this Car !!! Good for me and for ClickMechanic ! You got me and all people I know !!!.

Friendly, punctual, kind when delivering the bad news (haha), and honest in his opinion of what should happen next. Would definitely recommend to all and use again in the future.
