Maz was brilliant. No stone was left unturned,and communication was on point.
He was also very polite and professional.
Advice was no problem and he took loads of photos of the car he inspected,parts such as suspension,interior,underside,exterior,alloys,and and worn parts to give me a detailed report.

He explained everything and it was really reassuring.

It was a real help for me and my family,especially after being ripped off from a dodgy dealer just last year.

I highly recommend.

Also if there is any problem such as mechanic not being available for the requested time,the click mechanic customer support team sort it out no problem and there is also a direct messaging section for the mechanic if you can use the telephone to speak.

Anxiety and other issues can make it difficult to talk for some people but that is no problem with click mechanic.

Great mechanic, punctual, great at carrying out the report, and great on the phone discussing the car and the report in his own words.

They were friendly and the in communication but has for the work the vehicle has a string of failure on dash board which were not there before the work he say it just a glitch in computer but not sure if these issue would have occurred anyway or cause by mechanic

Maz attended a vehicle I wasn’t present at as I was buying it. Hi s communication was excellent let me know he was there and when he’d finished what he found with the van excellent from him
