Maz was amazing. I was 140miles away from a van I was considering buying. I booked an pre purchase inspection. Max managed to fit me in the next day, earlier than I had hoped. And he did a thorough inspection rang me after the test drive and after completing the report. His expertise and advise allowed me to buy the van in confidence and negotiate the price using points that he had flagged up. May was brilliant - I did not attend with Mars to view and examine the car however Marie is kept in contact and though he sent a full report he also talked me through a lot of things e.g. He explained that he himself was a little concerned at the fact that this was a 2008 car with only 48,000 on the clock however he reassured me that this was clearly due to the lack of use and was evidenced by the cracks in the tyres.

I liked the fact that Maz kept me in touch and his confidence was clearly shown when I went to collect the car the trader said that he was very thorough. I have been driving my car now for three days and To say I am excited would be an under statement I feel so happy that I was recommended to your service well done this is an excellent service and I would recommend you on to anyone that I know is buying a car.

Pre Purchase Check - Maz went and checked a (09) BMW M Sport that was too far for my to travel too. It had a good Mot and seller. It was advertised as in perfect working order - That it was not -
Maz did a great inspection and alerted me to a variety of problems that were present and not shown on the current Mot. Saved me from buying a car that would require more money spending. His quality, punctuality and communication were great

Maz initially said the inspection (standard pre-purchase) would be 5 days from booking, but in fact was able to do it the next morning.
He provided a good deal of information about the car (written report, photos and feedback by phone), that helped me decide that in this case I would not buy. He was also able to make suggestions that helped me with my further search.
Had I decided to buy, the information he provided would have given me the confidence to bargain. I think the discounts from bargaining with strong facts would often knock more than an additional £100 off the cost, which would more than cover the cost of the inspection.
