No problems with the mechanic, the inspection was very prompt and up to expectations, however, despite the correct reg, the wrong car was quoted by you and my instructions to the mechanic do not seem to have been passed on. I am also disappointed that I was unable to contact your office and speak to someone except by leaving a message. Overall, good value and service.
