The report was very helpful and when I spoke to him on the phone following the inspection he was knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions.

I had to ring a few times and then text before I got to speak to maz. I had seen the car and new the rear brakes were heavily worn and binding. The dealer had agreed and said he'd replace them. Maz said they were OK with just some light scoring. This made me question the rest of his findings. He'd said a lot of other parts on the car were OK. He hadn't given sufficient feedback if parts were fine / no problem or wearing out. He just said ok which I interpret as they maybe functioning at the moment but no feedback as to overall condition. The mechanic was friendly and helpful over the phone. Unfortunately there was issues with communication between the seller and the mechanic. The mechanic said he would come at 5 and then arrived at 4, the seller wasn't therefore in the house, the mechanic then left without completing the checks. He did check the car over as much as he could and advised based on what he could see. I was charged £40, rather than £56. I would advise anyone to be there for the mechanic check.

Maz was SUPERB it was the best £133 pounds I have spent this year because he highlighted a potentially massive problem with a car I was keen on buying, I will never deal with that car sales company again, they kept your mechanic waiting for a ridiculous amount of time and didn't even offer him a cup of tea!

I am so delighted with your service and specifically Maz, he kept me updated at every corner, he was friendly, helpful and threw in some sound advice that I have taken on board.
