Andy was delayed by traffic but kept me informed of progress such that we arrived at my house at about the same time and saved any “hanging around” time. He was courteous professional and happy to discuss things as he progressed. During a small hiccup where supplier sent the wrong part he spent the time diagnosing another problem not on the original agenda. Mark was great with his assessment of the car. He checked all the items I asked for, as well as pointing out another couple of tidbits of advice which I shall take on board. Eventually the problem was located through a test drive, even though I didn't specify that particular item in my initial report.
Immensely happy with the service and professionalism that was shown and not for a second would I hesitate to either recommend these guys to anybody else, or use them again when needed!

Andy was efficient, quick and knowledgeable. Due to the poor weather in the West Country he was unable to travel on the day arranged but kept me informed throughout delay. The work was carried out to a good standard 24 hrs later.
